A Million Miles For Minds
A Million Miles For Mind (MMfM) was created by Spend More Time In The WILD in response to the Covid-19 pandemic with the aim of inspiring and empowering individuals to get outside for the benefit of mental and physical health and wellbeing. We believe in the power of immunity through community and want to log one million miles throughout 2020, whilst sparking meaningful conversations around the world about how we can all take steps to safeguard our mental wellbeing during these difficult times.

How To Get Involved
Everyone has a one mile loop around their home and we all need to walk/run/bike our routes as many times as we can, since we are looking to log 1 million miles throughout 2020 in the name of mental health awareness.
You can either walk your circuit once a day, or go round and round as many times as you like. At the end of the day simply pop your mileage into the counter on our website and then repeat as many times as you can each day as the week progresses. You are welcome to walk a different trail each day, but please make sure you continue to adhere to government guidelines regarding social distancing and travel.

A Forest Of Hope
We are looking to draw a Forest Of Hope, meaning we need you to draw a tree and put it in your window to show that you and your household is aware of the impacts of Covid-19 on mental wellbeing and not afraid to have meaningful conversations around mental health. Together we can form a forest that can provide shelter from the passing storm.

Immunity Through Community
