Within my talks I often explore how spending more time in the wild can benefit mental and physical health, drawing upon my personal experiences of mental illness and physical wellbeing in order to fully engage and inspire my audience to be the best that they can be. I reveal take-home tips on cultivating a more engaged and wholehearted way of living and share awe-inspiring visual media that never fails to cause the most anti-outside individuals to take a walk in their local wild space.

I have presented to school children of all ages, Rotary Clubs, Round Table Societies, Film Clubs, and audiences in a 600-seat theatre.

My presentations are very flexible in length and content, and can be tailored to meet your specific criteria.

Please do get in touch if you are interested in booking a talk.
